Returns and refunds

We hope that you love your order but if you are not happy you can return it. Customers have 14 days to notify us they want to cancel, and another 14 days to return the goods for a full refund. Items should be in original condition - we advise you keep all the packaging contents, pottery is very fragile so needs to be very well padded with no space in the box to knock around. The cost of posting the return will be covered by you. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Custom pieces can only be returned if we made an error.

An item arrived broken or damaged? We take care with packaging our items, however, if the item arrives already broken in the box we will issue a refund upon photograph evidence of the broken item in the box. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR ORDER MADE IT IN ONE PIECE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT AS WE CAN ONLY ISSUE A REFUND FOR BREAKAGES WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY. We unfortunately do not offer refunds for any breakages that were not caused by the delivery method so please handle with care! Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
